What it means to be a Keli E Customer
- E-mail and phone support (see our feedback!). You talk to us. Not a stranger. Customer care is one of our strongest points.
- You'll have your own Client Garage. This is an area you log in to in order to monitor your work in progress as well as your itemized billing 24 hours a day.
- Timely E-mails and updates to let you know where we are with your project. In some cases we'll have to get your approval before going to the next step so be sure to check your E-mail!
- Your work backed up to 3 different hard drives after every change. You can't afford to lose your work and neither can we.
- Your page shown to a design group consisting of 700 professional Web designers from all over the world. They help us to check for browser compatibility, functionality, load time and other important factors. Not every computer sees the same thing and it's important to have a check like this before *going live*.
- Keli E Consulting and Design does not overbook projects. We keep our work load balanced so that we have plenty of time to meet all client needs as well as be available. You'll feel as if you're our only client and that's the way we want it.
- Keli E's work has been featured nationally. Expect high caliber work that can withstand the world's traffic.
Billing and Payment:
- For maintenance billing is once a month. We charge for all work done the previous month. For example, you would be billed in the first week of July for all work done in June. Development costs and payment plans of a new Web site are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Keli E will provide you with a credit card authorization form to fill out. This way we bill you automatically every month.
- Your invoice/current bill can be viewed 24 hours a day. Just log in to your Client Garage and view your Web site development in progress, billing and any other work we may be doing for you such as photo optimization.
