Rolls
nini's recipe

2/3 c crisco
1/2 sugar/splenda
2 c lukewarm water
2 eggs
1tsp salt
1pkg yeast
6-8 cups flour

Cream crisco, sugar,salt and eggs in med bowl.. In a small bowl, mix yeast and luke warm water ( I have trouble with luke warm because of my reynaud's, so for me, it was just warm enough to feel it....not reaaaaal warm like a nice shower:
Alternate flour (about 2 cups/time)with yeast water,and egg mix until all is gone.

Mix until smooth. After the last ingredients go in, I use my hands to mix. Then take it out on a flat surface (lightly floured) and kneed it for 5-10 minutes. That part (the kneeding) was always therapy for my head and my body :):):)

Put a towel over it and set it in a warm place in the kitchen (oven- not on) for about 45 min-hour.

Bring it out, kneed it back down and either divide it for loaves (2) or roll it out for rolls.

Bake rolls at 325/ 15-20 minutes or loaves at I don't know..LOL whatever loaves of bread are cooked for on the internet.
