Red Chile Sauce
Keli's recipe

12 red chiles (they're the ones that are dried out)
3½ cups of water
3-4 cloves of garlic (i use even more than this)
1 T oregano
1 can cream of mushroom soup

rinse chiles and remove stems and seeds.  place water, chiles, garlic and oregano into a pan and boil for 20 mins until chiles become soft and pulpy.  place in blender for five minutes.  add cream of mushroom and place in blender for 5 more mintues.  you want a nice creamy sauce without any traces of chile peices.  Put it on EVERYTHING and ENJOY!
