Green Chile Sauce
Keli's recipe

This recipe is based on the 16oz containers you buy in the frozen section. Double or triple the recipe as needed.

1 16oz frozen, peeled chile
1 T garlic (or to taste)
1 t chicken boullion powder (or to taste)
1 t black pepper (or to taste)
4 T flour
1/2 cup water

Add everything but the flour and water to a sauce pan. Fill up one of the empty chile containers and put in the sauce pan. Simmer almost an hour or two; adding water as needed. Combine the flour and water, add to the sauce pan to thicken - all done!

This is the stuff you put on everything.
