Chile Rellanos
Dana's recipe

1 roast cook in crock pot until tender
chile chopped
finely chopped onion
cheese
eggs
flour
salt, pepper, garlic to taste

After roast has cooled, grind it in a meat grinder. we have an old hand held one.  Im sure some food processors would do it, too.  Combine meat, chile, onion ,cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder in a large bowel.  Add enough eggs to hold together (2?) and add flour to glue the balls together (1/2 cup or so).  Roll into balls, dip in egg then flour (like a lite cover), then fry over med hi heat until brown.
